I would say 8 dragons 20 archers , 2 rage spells and 1 healing spells (try not to attack bases with lv 5 air defense though because those are to strong and will wipe out the dragons .
If you don't have Rage spells just use all 3 lighting spells ( to destroy 1 Air defense ) and set your dragons closest to the other air defense to destroy it and hopefully get the 100%
Are you farming or trophy hunting? That will narrow down troops you will use. You wouldn't use goblins for trophy pushing and you wouldn't use dragons for farming.
Well I was thinking for war because outside of war I just use 10 wb 80 barbarians and 80 archers, I also use a BKQuote:

But the dragon strategy is the one I use for wars :]
At TH7 it wouldn't be smart to trophy hunt until you max out your defenses and wall IMO
With Barch just deploy your barbarians in a circle until you have about 10 left and then deploy those wherever necessary then behind them I deploy my archers in a circle as well :]
With the 8 giants 5 wall breakers 10 archers and rest gobs ,, I use 1 giant to distract defense while I send wall breakers to break though a wall and then I send the other 7 and send 20 gobs at a time to a storage while the archers take care of the mines and collectors
With dragons just put them all closest to a air defense and once their in range of being attacked by an air defense drop a healing spell and rage spell to destroy it then when they get to the core I use another rage spell to destroy everything around it.
If I were to trophy hunt I would also use dragons but for a cheaper and faster way -15 giants 2 healers 5 wall breakers and the rest archers and barbarians :]
Pushing- I recommend 8 dragons and 20 archers, or split them ten each with barbarians.. You NEED to get those army camps up, that should be high priority for you at this point.
Farming- Barch, barch, barch, and more barching. Barch (Barbarians and Archers) is one of the most EFFECTIVE farming strategies out there. Little time to train, and look for full collectors and abandoned bases. I usually make sure all my barracks are full training troops. You could also use Giant-Healer for raids when the storages are full in the center of the base. Usually stick with 2-3 healers, 14+ Giants, and the rest barch. Make sure you are filling your clan castle after every raid as well!
