Ive got Level 2 dragons, and I was wondering what level air defenses you guys usually look for? Like level 5 air defense or below? or what do you guys recommend attacking? any help is appreciated!!

With lvl 2 dragons you might want to attack lvl 4 air defenses with rage/ healing spells to successfully pull the 3 stars on a level 7 th but if you have level 2 dragons and lvl 3 rage spells then lvl 5 air defense are no problem :]
