Fix Forums

You may or may not have noticed that there are several people on the forums making threads about really stupid ideas, ie: "Epic Potato Ninja" and or repeating the same ideas over and over and over and over. Then there are people who post consistently about banned/ ruled out ideas. This is pointless. I know there are moderators, so how come they aren't doing anything about this? I'm not asking that "only the best ideas" should be allowed or anything, as obviously there are a lot of people that are new to the forums or are new to CoC as a whole and don't fully understand how this works yet. But seriously, can the moderators fix this a tad bit? There are also numerous other problems out there, and how about the problem of a thread having over 2,000 views and yet only 10 replies? Again, I realize that once you read a thread, maybe several other people have said what you were going to say, etc, etc, but if there's a thread that has no replies yet, maybe just post a simple "Nice idea!" or a "welcome to the Forums!", "This is a great idea, but..."? I know there are tons of people that do this but not everyone, including myself, can be on the Forums 24/7. So take this into consideration, and maybe act upon it as well?
