Clan war and single player tournaments (a different idea)

Modified version of clan wars: Clan war tournaments will have a modified version of clan wars in which you may only attack once. Each base may only be attacked once.
Fee: Clan war tournaments as well as single player tournaments, will have a small fee. Becuase of this fee, it is vital that you be able to opt out. It is unfair for the leader to say "You have to spend this money. There is no way out." This fee will be based on your PTMOB (w/o activity factored in). (don't know what that that is? read my thread by going in advanced search, search matchmaking, titles only, and sirhybrid for the name.) It will be your score, divided by 10, times 2 thousand. So the most you will have to pay is 200k, with a maxed out base.
Group matches: In this clan war tournaments, there will be group stages. In these group stages, all the clans in the group will have 1 week (1 day for prep, 6 days for attacking) to attack all the clans. So it will be a clan war with, like, all the clans in the group. You will get the number of attacks equivalent to the number of clans there are (if there is a group of 5 clans, you will have 4 attacks, 1 for each clan). These attacks must each be to a different clan. Then the clans will place 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.
Tie breakers: There will be tiebreakers to ensure that there is always a clear winner. The first factor, of course, will be stars. If they are tied, the next factor will be stars on defense (the less the opponents got, the better). If they are still tied, the tie-breaker will be attacks won, then defenses won, then attacks lost, then defenses lost, then average destruction. If, after that they are still tied, whoever has a lower PTMOBWAFI (see my same thread with PTMOB) will win. If they are still tied, then whichever clan got more bonus loot, as a whole.
Total number of clans: There will be 125 clans in each clan war tournament.
Rewards: The regular bonus loot will be cup in half. In addition to this, you will get a bonus for passing each round. This bonus will go into effect as soon as that round ends, and will go to your clan castle at that point. The rewards in the later table will go to the whole clan, and will be divided up depending on how much you contributed. The fee everyone paid will go to the loot pool, and that will be multiplied by 10. The other loot will come out of thin air
