Eligible to receive reinforcements..

Hoppers are annoying, can't you make new members be eligible to receive troops for 24 hours? Just came to my mind..

Would ruin Join Req Leave clans.
Hoppers are great. If you don't like them, change your clan or change clans.

Thatd also ruin clans with feeders and family clans.

This would ruin the community, Sure it is annoying but this isn't the answer. I think that a system could be implemented that if a person Leaves request's troops then leaves before a 10 minute period 3 times in a row, then some sort of penalty could be applied such as "You may not join a clan for 1 hour". Just a thought.
