I don't understand why someone would only go for a one star on that base...

TH Snipers are so beast! I don't know how those guys do it

I would have demolished his village for trophies, but someone decide to attack his Town Hall and left.

I've seen a th5 with 1800 trophies

Because when someone raided him the cup offer was 1 cup, therefore getting only the town hall will get the attacker all the cups
