Should I stay or Should I go?

Okay, First Thing First, It's Really Annoying Typing Like This, So Im Not Going To Do It Anymore


Second thing, I have a clan problem, I've been in a small family if clans for about a year, and we're really close. I'm a well respected Elder. But recently, I'm realising I don't agree with them over lots of subjects, and I overall starting to doubt the clan.

Also, I've realised a lot of people rushing their base, (ie pratically no one maxes) and the amount of wars we win dropping because if this. I also see the clan dropping on members, and starting to open up to lower level players.

My base is really starting to advance
*Decent levelled th9, not rushed
And I've seen quite a few clans on these forums

But...I'm really close to these people, I've been with them through a lot, and I don't know what to do...

Should I stay it should I go? Or should I just take a break from the clan?

We are down to 20 members...

I would leave. There are plenty of great clans out there! Give another one a shot

Speak with them. If they don't agree then quit

If you are still an elder after a year of being in that clan, leave. Bring your friends with you to a new clan.

If you are as close to some of these members as you say, then add them on Kik or another messaging app. That way you can keep in contact with them even after leaving.

Which leads me onto my next point. Leave, the clan seems to be falling now, and better to get out now, than be stuck in it for the next 2-3+ months with it going no where. I see someone mentioned about talking to your clan members, yes, do this. Explain to them how you feel about how the clan is turning out. Maybe something will change, but imo, that is doubtful.

There really are many many many many many many many many many great clans out there for you to experience. Go find them, and have fun!!!

Back when i started th9, i left a friend group that i was with for 6 months. I agreed with everything they said etc except i was advancing a lot quicker than them - so left and joined some well known farming clans and progressed with the best. I suggest you do the same:)
Btw, i still talk to them and visit, we are still great friends.

Have one of them in xbox....hell, im gonna leave, gotta take risks, now what clan do i join? I'll find one on norsk or forums :)

You should probably leave the clan. It's slowly dying away.

if you don't agree with them, Then you shouldn't stay. It's a game and you really need to just do what makes you're experience most enjoyable otherwise it really get's boring, And becoming more of a chore to play.

Im in a clan with 18 members these days Im not active enough to be in good clans but in this clan I play with my real world frinds, I never get good troops but I love them cause they are my friends and dont care about improving my base... We are having good time and happy they are happy 😊

Its far more like a business where non performers will be ruthlessly cut.

Good team members know to opt out if they cant take part in wars or can no longer play at certain intensity.

Nepotism has no place in successful clans.

i would leave if i were you, but of course talk to clan leader first.

Chyea like everyone said, its all about what makes you happy. That is the point of a game, you play to have fun. If the clan your in isn't making your gaming experience fun, then leave. I left a clan that I really like b/c I am the type that likes to war 24/7. The clan i was in was super nice and i was with them since i started playing clash up until i got to th7. So it was hard to leave them, but me and my irl friend were progressing quite fast and decided that we would leave to become stronger and find a 24/7 war clan since that is what makes us enjoy our gaming experience. I was legit sad a bit for leaving them lol but in this new clan im at i have enjoyed the game a ton!

Later on, I do plan on returning to that old clan to retire.

Had the same predicament happen to me recently

Was with a clan for 3 months but the last free weeks of me being there were so frustrating and not enjoyable ... So many things made me mad about the direction the clan was going, and the leaders were just not very good at being leaders or clashing in general

It came to the point where I said my peace and left, and honestly it was the best decision I ever made ... It was time to goto a better clan and improve

I was a co leader in this clan, so it was sad to leave as I helped the clan grow and inverted so much time, but at the same time best decision I ever made and oh so liberating

This is what it boils down to. Everybody should play in the way that makes them happy.

If I was you, I'd go, but myself, I stayed, our clan also had a similar issue, although it wasn't our skill, it was inactivity, and eventually we merged with another clan (not all members came along) the merge didn't workout and now I remade the original clan and got the whole crew back together. We're all happy and planning on keeping the clan long term. The best thing to do is merge with a clan. I know I remade the clan but that's because I didn't like the merger. Post a thread looking for a clan merge, let's say you get like 5 candidates, go to all their clans and figure out which one suits you best.
