Best Attack Strategy for a TH8 Farmer.

Hello fellow Clashers!
I need a trophy range where I can farm with BArch/Gobs with ease. I've level 5 troops.I'm currently at Silver1 with 1350 trophies.

I have the most success at Gold 2.

I also use gob / arch and some mb's farming around 1400 with a farm base and low levels keep taking my town hall , and sometimes i give them hard revenges wich is awesome, when ever i go up to much i get attacked by lvl 6 all the time btw im th8 with lvl 5 troops =D so yeh gold 3 maybe even silver 1 just go pure for the loot =p

Even I'm getting raided by lv6 troops and that to at siliver1. Just got raided by lv6 balloons and lost 140k gold, 300k elixr , 900 DE. TH9 at silver1 are few in no. but they raid properly.

Personally, I farm at Gold II (1575 - 1650 cup range) . There is plenty of loot farming for TH8 or TH9.

Can someone say the average loot in gold 2? I'm a soon to be TH8 who plans to barch at 1200 but I'm wondering if gold 2 is better

I average 200M in both gold and elixir per raid and I have gotten as much as 500K gold if there are full collectors with some loot in the storage's as well, and I'm simply aiming for filled collectors. If I spend 2-3 hours here and there throughout the day, I can get full storage's in 2-3 days. Currently I have 1656 trophies.

Thanks for the info. I think silver one is about the same if not better so ill probably just stay here

Im a TH 8 farmer too, and i have tested all leagues for which is best for farming at, and for me it is silver one. Sometimes i find bases with over 500 000 of each resources. There is also some big, easy de raids in silver one( this morning i did a raid of 1 700 de). I use Healer/giant for attacking

-2 healers
-12 giants
-3 barbs
-24 archers
-23 goblins
-8 wallbreakers
-4 wiz
-1 drag
-5 mins

This might not seem like the best farming strategy, but it has worked for me for a long time. I dont usually use my drag or wiz for attack unless all the loot is inside storages. The minions cost De but sometimes they get me more DE then they cost:)

Hogs? You shouldn't really use hogs if they are below lvl 3 and you are farming De

How much does your army composition cost per raid?

With 200 archers, it costs me 40K elixir and I gain at least 200 elixir per raid, which nets at least 160 profit and most of the time I don't even use all of the archers, which speeds up the time for my next archer raid. For the time it is to train a drag, I can get 1 raid in and is almost ready to start my 2nd raid.

I farm with barch or bam depending what I'm looking for. Sometimes throw in a few giants if I'm bored and want to switch it up. I find more collector raids around gold one and some easy d.e. storage raids too. Silver one or gold three if I want to pick on weaker bases and go for storages. For what it's worth, I'm a th8 just about to be 9 and find looting quicker at the higher end.
