Well if you have your village linked to G+, or Game Center, or Facebook you can uninstall/re install the app.
Sprint is horrible and that's most likely your reason. I live in a big city, have an iPhone 5s, and I can hardly Google or map anywhere when I'm not on wifi. It's a very common complaint with Sprint customers. Their service is bad, calls are dropped. I'm betting you it's why you can't connect.
Just keep trying. Restart your phone, toggle airplane mode, toggle LTE if applicable. Then try again.
I've had this trouble before when away from home, just always assumed it was a service issue. Have never had it at home, which is where i am now.
That sounds like internet/network connection problems to me. If you have WiFi at home, try restarting your router. It probably is a problem with Sprint. Everyone I know that has had service through them has been less than pleased.Quote:
