I can't access any local leaderboards. When I go to the tab it says "Unable to access local leaderboards for your location." What controls which leaderboard you see - has a setting in Gamecenter not yet been set or something? I'm in the US.

That's not a stupid question. Maybe it's because you haven't set your location on your device?
