It always changes. Right now, i can find easy 400k+ bases and occasional 800k+ bases at 1750-1800 range.

Th9 has a pretty wide range to farm in. G2-C3 is good. Stay at the lower range for normal loot and go high for more DE.
What trophy range for collector raids at th9?
Gold leagues ( but must be higher than 1500).
