The idea is in the right direction. However your upgrades are lacking and your building placements are wrong.
Wall upgrades are way behind.
lousy design. any low level townhall with collectors inside walls = lousy

Anyway,
1) yes, you are a premature th8
2) search the base designs thread for great designs.
3) kick the th outside
Move your TH outside. Put your mortars in different compartments. Upgrade your troops with elixer and your def with gold. You're in for the long haul since you upgraded too soon.
