My fiance uses this attack allot. it works great. she's allot lower than I. but at lower levels it's extremely useful. she's only a th6 and she scores 2 if not 3 stars every time. she doesn't have the minions though so she usession archers and barbs to make up the difference. she hits th8 guys all the time with great results.

It's nice how you explained it, but you could add some pictures...

Id swap the minions for another ground troop, mixing air and ground means your potentially facing 100% of defenses and traps.
