Need some help !!!

I'm at TH 6
as you know for TH 6, you haven't unlock DE Strorage or any thing need in need of DE
so i was thinking if i attack a player with certain amount of DE store in His DE strorage, where will those DE go?
will it be store for the use in the future when i got my TH to lvl 7 or it just dissapear to nowhere

It might as well be non-existent as you get no dark elixer period until you have the storage.

So bottom line, yeah it goes to waste (even if you loot it).
