Troop Donation Incentive

I feel this can be abused at higher levels.

If you do gowiwi attacks with maxed troops at TH10, every clan mate can donate one another lvl5 golems for their CC each raid, which basically cuts one of their two or three golems costs by half, every single raid, if they just exchange golems via CC for example.

It may not be a huge savings in one raid, but over time, the savings could become quite big, and SC may be the one taking the hit.

This is just me playing devils advocate, but other than this, I very much like the premise of the idea and getting more people to donate is always a bonus.

those that dont bother donating still wont donate due to only 50% of cost is returned, all this really does is reward those like me that are heavy donators.

You cannot say that, I'd donate even more because of this (I already am a heavy donator)

and i know more people in my clan would as well.

I hav 3 accounts in my clan and i usually get 5k donations total! i donate watev ppl want and one account is dedicated to just donating drags! If i could get half lootback i could help my clan even more! Also tis is a great idea for ppl who just fill donation quota. They will do extra cuz their reaching the acheivement and theyre notlosing much in return!!!!!!

Really like this idea because I always donate dragons and when a lot of people are requesting BAM. 100k+ elixir gone. It would be nice to get 50k+ back.

The ONLY reason I donate, is for the gem rewards from achievements. I see no good reason for me to continue donating when these are done. With this idea however, I would be far more inclined to donate troops to others. I am not convinced about this being applied to war cc, else all war cc would now be filled with high lvl normal and de troops making battles especially tough for lower level guys in clan wars, but for the day to day yawn fest of resource protecting, this seems great.
