i'm an ardent fan of COC and currently i see there's no release of this game for Windows Phone platform, kindly lets know about plans for developing COC for WP 8.1

There might be a download online instead of the AppStore I got it for my kindle fire HD online because it wasn't in the AppStore

Can you elaborate more? you mean install like a an unsigned APK file? kindlefire doesn't support APK i guess!
