a new town hall level

With a new town hall, that means new upgrades, which means the upgrades at earlier levels will be cheaper. Otherwise, SC would make a new Town hall so that people would buy gems

I am a max th lvl 10 but I just joined the forums. That all

I'm not sure a new town hall is really the smartest thing for supercell to do. Town hall tens only make up a small percentage of the whole clash community, and catering to the small percentage will make it harder for anyone that isn't town hall 10 already. It will make it a bigger grind for everyone to get to town hall 11 and they will have an even bigger advantage over lower town hall levels

Seriously, what a laugh, first do I see all the top players in the world posting on the forums, NO.
More than the top 200 have max th lvl 10 if you dont know more than the top 200 players have maxed their bases.

So back off, the forums have nothing to do with where you are in the game, I started in Jan 2104 and am a lvl 8th lvl 77 yet you a th lvl 9 lvl 80 whatever. So what does that say, it says I'm not on 24/7. So what I enjoy what lvl I'm af and I'll work my way slowly as there hasn't been a new th for ages.

I guess what I'm saying is don't judge people from the forums.

Yes th lvl 10 may only make up a small percentage of the CoC players, but how many people quit at th lvl 7 th, (because it was to hard), I see heaps of those abandoned bases. To be absolutle truthful of those that are active players 50% would be below th lvl 7 or th lvl 7, 20% would be lvl 8 th, 20% th lvl 9 and 10% th lvl 10, yes it may seem like a small amount but they have nothing to do while we still do and about 90% of those th lvl 8 and 9's are read to move onto the next lvl and are just maxing the last 20 walls so id say we could use a new th,

And yes we would need a map expansion bit you would have to put 4 builders into land expansion and still have 1 free.

So we don't need more new defenses. A mortar is enough I see. Also, we don't need more troops, do we. Also, we shouldn't be able to upgrade anything, right?

You have to be a LOT more specific. This hardly makes the cut for a new town hall.
