Drags or Pekkas (which to upgrade)

What do you think I should do with my 3M elixir,
Upgrade Pekkas to level 2 or get Dragons to 3?

Dragons for sure.

Drags definitely.

Though Pekkas start getting really nice at lvl 3. If it's between lvl 2 Pekkas or lvl 3 drags, take the drags first.

I would do Dragons first. But it depends on how you play, if you use Pekkas more, then level them first.
