How would you 3 star this base?

If you take a look at what he has access to, he doesn't have pekkas or golems. That's why I didn't suggest that.

Send half of your giants and wait about 2 seconds to send the rest, by the way: you might want to drop some archers to take care of the building at the bottom, that way your wizards can go straight in. Don't spam your wizards either, send them out in packs of 4 and not tapping in the same place or they'll bunch up ,send them out in 4's in a line across at the bottom

Take out the AD 4 with 3 lightning. Get Hogs for CC and send in on left AD. Send BK in on lower right corner. Send five drags at one AD and five at the other.
