What happens if

What happens if you attack a base and you get all the buildings but theres like a hidden tesla hiding somewhere and you haven't made it spring up? How would your troops find it?

All teslas pop up by themselves after 50% damage to a village.

At 50% all telsas pop up.

Teslas pop up automatically once more than half the base is destroyed.

What happens if you use 40 hogs and they destroy all the defenses before 50% and they start attacking collectors and barracks and stuff? Like, for example, the person has their teslas isolated from all the other defenses in a corner and the hogs mow through all the defenses before getting 50% (I'm pretty sure all the defenses would be less than 50%). Would the hogs immediately run to the teslas after destorying 50% of the base?

Interesting question, but it's easy to answer. Say that actually happens and there's some stray Tesla in a corner. Since the hogs(or whatever) are unaware of the Tesla, they will begin attacking regular buildings. However, once the 50% mark is reached, the Tesla pops up and becomes the prime target for the hogs, diverting their attention to it, then going about their business as usual.

HMM.

I wonder if you can put a telsa in the comer with Giant Bombs and when the telsa pops up hogs goes for it and goes boom.
