Hey guys. I am close to the end of my th8 journey.
I was wondering when I should go ahead and start the town hall to 9. Here are my levels and base
NOTE: all Tesla are upgrading to 6.
2 Archer towers remain to be upgraded to 10
All dark barracks are level 3

Update : only one more Archer tower to max defenses
BUT I have no builders for 4 days
no, max everything first except maybe walls

Gotta max out the spells, and dark barracks, but then your good to go
I personally would hold off until spells are maxed out. This also gives you time to get more Lvl8 walls and upgrade your Dark Barracks / Collectors. It will make a difference at TH9 because the struggle for Elixir is real.
Yea I plan on maxing spells also. But not dark troops.
