It would be helpful to have within your individual clan to have a separate chat only area where leaders, co leaders, elders etc could hold meetings to discuss the clans progress, issues, changes needed or promotions needed without having each member reading everything we say.
Meeting times could be scheduled or emergency type on the fly and with an "executive button" those with a high enough clan designation would be notified of meeting and can enter the private chat area.
I agree but has been suggested many times before
We just use Glassboard or kik. Much easier than asking supercell to put in new content.
Use kik group chat.
The elder's in my clan don't do much promoting and hardly and kicking. Our Elder's mainly help with accepting/rejecting those who want to join and/or help explain the rules of our clan to new members. We just use the private message system on the SuperCell forums to talk about promotions, demotions and (if needed) about kicking people who are inactive or have done something against our clan rules. The private messages that SuperCell provides with the forums work great! I recommend that you try it!
