I attacked a base and 3 starred it and then later a new member in our clan attacked the same base and 3 starred it. Now on the war map it says his attack was the best attack. Does this mean he stole my win and loot?

Stole your win yes your loot no I've attacked a base someone 2 starred and i suck so bad i got 1 star still got loot woot
