Dark barracks to 3, spell factory to 4,or dark elixer drill to 2. Im in need of dark elixer!!! But i want to see if anyone could make a solid point on one of the three to upgrade.

Do the spell factory and focus on farming de in attacks. It's way more effective than waiting for the drill.
If you Need dark Elixer, upgrade your Dark Elixer drill.
You should upgrade your Dark elixer drills asap to lvl 6, they really good also spell factory is really important. Dark barracks I dont even care about.
So upgrade dark elixer drill and spell factory, they both cheep.
Spell factory.
Do not stress about the DE drill much. It is a nice thing to have maxed out but it will not hurt to put it off to the side. Mine is lv 3 which is the max lv for th8 and I only can get up to 450 DE, which fills up fast. So do your spell factory first then maybe do your drill.
If you're running low on dark then I'd say go for the drill. My clan leader went that route and kept upgrading them to their max. Now he boosts them and makes it like mad. I have golems and will be upgrading to witches soon, but I honestly don't use my dark troops much, so I make more than enough just in my normal raids. My drills are level 1 & 2
Valks suck so it is not worth unlocking them, I only unlocked them so I could unlock the golems after. Spells are very important because they help in clan wars or when trophy pushing. So holding one more spell is really nice. The one gem boost event is going on right now so you should be getting a lot of dark elixir that way. You can always raid for dark elixir.
