Dark Elixir protection

This base is meant to protect my dark elixir. My gold and elixir storages are outside cuz i want attackers to take my gold and elixir and leave without touching my dark. Of course, nothing can protect against lightnings spells. Any suggestions?

Just a small suggestion: The whole point of leaving your town hall outside is to have people snipe it, therefore you should put in in a corner unprotected so people actually will.

I'd say it's pretty well protected. But if you're looking for something to chance, it can be pretty easily wiped out with hogs.

Agreed. There are people who won't zap normally but will zap if someone tries to protect his TH even though it's outside of the walls. There's also snipers who will skip this since they won't want to use 30 archers to get that TH. And then there are zappers who will zap anyways so you should try and get sniped as soon as possible to avoid them

one thing: you should have upgraded your de storage before your town hall upgrade. the faster you maxed it, the less they could steal. also, a member in my clan has been sitting on a full storage in gold 1 for a while and has lost 1-2k. he just fills back up. i dont think you really need to make a dark elixir focused base since you will need all 3 resources once the town hall goes to 9. just revenge those th9 bullies if they pick on you. train up a mass drag and go get it back. gl ^_^

the thing is since a th in the corner only takes like one archer to destroy, they have a lot of troops left, and are more likely to go for my dark elixir storage. but if it takes like 30 archers to take the th, they wont have a lot of troops left and are less likely to attempt to go for the dark.

Put all of your storages next to your town hall so if someone wants your loot they can take your town hall as well even if they do not want to.

you will be surprised by how many people just snipe and leave. if they want your de, they will either take it all or zap it. better to keep it in the corner

i spread out the storages so the attacker will have to spread his troops thin to take them all out, leaving little to attack the de storage with. theres nothing u can do to protect against lightning spellers, so im trying to do wut i can to avoid someone taking the storage with troops. Think this strategy works?
