Seems weird because medusa is known to turn enemies to stone. Maybe let it turn things into stone for 2-3 seconds imobilizing it, then doing x2 damge?

Does the damage also increases besides having additional head per level?

Yes the damage does increase for each head added, say three heads total 45 damage 4 heads would be 60 in total
