Wee have more applicants than we can admit, so the answer is no, but you're missing the point.
The purpose of Norsk is to be a Norwegian language chat channel, not a recruitment channel for the entire world, and it does not serve that purpose.
So, why don't you recruit in English global? You could even propose to have it so people could write their in their native language and have it automatically translated ;)

And you said I was dragging people to Norsk?? :p It is you.
I'm in favor of the idea though
No, you wanted Norsk as a worldwide recruitment channel. Let the foreign language channels stay that way and use English if you want a worldwide channel.
My counter proposal is that anyone using the words "join" or "invite" in Norsk automatically gets their language set to English and a 24 hour mute... ;)

Have you ever played the game Game of War?
That game has a built-in translator that will automatically translate other languages into what ever language you set it to. For example. If my primary language was English, it would translate into English.
For example, say this message was sent into chat.
"Bonjour, mes amis. Je suis seth1299."
On your screen, (unless your primary language is French), it would say:
"Hello my friends, I am seth1299."
(Translated from French) (See original)
Of course, the translator wasn't perfect and then the game went straight into hell, so I stopped playing. But, I did like the translator idea.
I think this is a great idea but what happens when u write a shortcut
