I'll test the base as well I enjoy using different bases people create on the forums. Another part of the game for me base design/testing.
Everyone is so focused on an unlureable CC since that has been preached on the forums since hogs discovered heal, they can't possibly fathom reasons not to have it dead center. This is a farming base so it makes sense to assume user will be in the proper trophy range and just facing typical farming combos.
Looks really nice. I myself have been trapped into spawning my troops in the middle, ultimately failing.
Haven't been attacked by that comp but if it happens, air mines nearby will definitely hit hard on the balloons and wipe the minions from the sky. Balloons will move down towards the southeastern tesla and southern wizard tower where they will meet their end from the arcane blasts. :rolleyes:
Well said. Guides =/= rules of the game. Anything goes and everything is situational. It all depends on what the player wants and how he intends to work his way towards his objectives.

I would like to tell you first that i do think its a cool and creative base. As an avid 'Looner though, I will shed some light on what could happen if you met one, to respond to such proposed speculation :)
I'd drop a minion to see whats in the hole, easily luring cc troops and setting of an air bomb or 2. Then, depending on what u have, i MIGHT drop a balloon in there or 2 to kill them with its kamikaze splash damage. If not, lure them to the side where your de is so they inflict damage after disposing of your cc troops, naturally. Then, as simply put as it sounds, drop a spread line down that side with 2 rage spells followed by a sweeping line of minions to clean up your clutter buildings designed of course to redirect my troops and have them take out your 2 gold storages and De. L6 balloons with L5 mins are devastating to defenses as you know when in rage so i hope you don't doubt that could happen. In the even that i epic fail, a smooth path will be clear for my heroes and cc troops with the remaining rage spell to clean up the mess, and get that De storage for a 50%. Thats a worse case scenario, for the attacker.
I just from experience smh at Trap bases, they just never work, but do make for funny replays. Like i said though, it is very creative i tip my hat to that;)
Very informative. I have not really start loonian-ing yet. Most of my attacks come in BAM/ BARCH or my customised comps. So i can say i do know what kinda effect there is when u rage those L5 Minions. :D
I understand that high levelled heroes could be a problem if they spawned in the core, thus planning my layout to optimise damage against them. But in my latest replay, I'm not sure if the attacker knew what he was doing with his lv 14 AQ (i'm guessing a mis-deploy). She virtually got shredded by my clan CC. No luring whatsoever was done at all...
Very interesting. A well executed BAM attack nabbed nearly 50% of my loot.
