Centralized heroes or not?

Just a quick question. Should one centralize heroes after their recent change from a farming perspective?

Yes. How else will they be useful in defence?

Well, can't heroes be useful without being in the center? I was thinking, maybe you could put them next to storages to have them act like a wizard tower or something.

Centralised hero work best for hog / giant raids. Strategies like gowipe centralised hero next to TH can be a problem :P once pekkas redirect to kill your hero in the centre the Townhall could be next target . So i guess depends can be good and bad depending what your trying to protect trophies or loot

I basically want to use this specific base layout, but I don't know if I should redesign it, and centralize the heroes. As you can see on this picture, the heroes are outside the walls, near the townhall.

That layout does not utilise the heroes as a defence. For farming, you really dont need them defending anyway. just sleep them outside.

LOL Look at the clan name. Its fake... Lol

I recommend off center heros

They still over the TH, but can't be used by certain comps to easily pull their units in the right direction.

This does have the disadvantage that you can pick an angle and deal with one hero at a time but I think its offset by making heros less of a magnet to the core.
