Goblins That Target Seems OP. That's Why We Did This. Imagine. Spend 50 DE On 5 Goblins. Go Threw Bases. Once You Find That 1 Perfect base With 1,000 DE Guess What? That DE Is Probelly Surrounded By His Other Loot. So DE Goblins Can Only Target That DE Making It Easier. But Regular Will Target Every Loot. So It's Better.

I'm A Townhall 6. Do You Still Use Goblins? Not Me, So This Puts More Use Into Goblins. Plus....Goblins Don't Take "Skill" To Move Around. You Put Them ANYWHERE They Still Target loot. Meaning Even If They Make DE Goblins (And Exlixir/Gold Goblins) It Still Wouldn't Take Skill.
