New promotions and war rank

Ok, here's the thing, i think three rank is short to rewards active, good or generous player so i propose new rank with kind of reward.

This could be available only for clan of 10 players or more, the rewards could appears in the Clan Castle maybe every 24 h, or something like that.
The " new" players can't be rewarded. And there is a limited number of each rank.

So this will be

1 leader get 10K gold 10K elixir, 1K black elixir
3 co-leader 8K 8K 0.5K
5 veteran 6K 6K 0.25K
7 elder 3K 3K 0K
10 cadet 1K 1K 0K ( don't know the word in english, it's a soldier beginner in french)
25 members 0.5K 0.5K 0K

only leader and co- leader could degrade player but everyone could upgrade the player below

what do you think?
I made other idea of grade and rewards, but i prefer to start with the basical one.

I read where you said " black elixer " and I immediately stopped reading.

Good but would be unfair to long term players cause small players owning a clan can grow wwwaaaaayyyy faster . Btw is black Elixer a racist joke.

I don't think it is, I think EasyE just means to point out that the OP has little knowledge on the game haha.

I said this was an idea, everybody could improve it, we can even remove the rewards stuff and change by something else. But for example 5K of gold or elixir in 24 hour is far less from what i get with the league reward in 10 hour.

And i don't understand what could be the joke with "black elixir".

oK i get it, i said "black elixir" because it's the way we call it in France but maybe it's something like "dark elixir" or whatever in english.

But it's true i'm not a high lvl player (lvl 83, TH 9) but this is not a reason to ignore people, you better have said that you don't like the idea.
