Exactly how much are mines/collectors boosted (in resources/hour and max capacity)?

It just doubles the production
It still doesn't yield as much loot as farming, not even close
As wormwood said, it doubles the production.
The problem with boosting drills though is that they have a very low storage cap, so if you boost and leave for a while (like sleeping) your drill will be all full and that boost would have been wasted.
But yeah, boosting them sure helps, but farming is a lot more. Look at my avatar - thats two nights collector loot and 8 nights collector DE - in one raid.
