BARCHing to champ as a th9

Hi everyone, I'm currently trying to reach champs. Currently I'm near 2600 trophies and reached it using loonion (getting 2-3 stars against th8s and th9s and some premmie th10s).

Now I'm getting most of the time strong th10 bases that I can only get 1 star against. Since it requires all spells and full army, its getting pretty hard to push, so wanted to know if its possible to reach champs using barch and want to know if anyone here did that as a th9.

If so, what army composition, and what type of bases I should hit with them?

Try gowipe, or gowiwi. Both effective. I don't suggest hogs with all the new changes to heroes and all the anti-hog bases out there.

I want an army that takes short time train, that's why I asked about barch. GoWiPe and GoWiWi rely on spells too much and takes more than an hour to train.

I have a friend who belongs to PhilCOC.Valor and they trophy push using barch. Most of them are in the champions league.

They're strategy is to look for weak bases they can 50%, thus one star.

They rarely use spell (they take lightning), only when needed that extra 2%-3% by striking builder's huts.
Heroes are also used for clinchers.

Train time is fast and cheap.

THe only downside is it takes some time before you find a favorable base.

If you are say, 2500 trophies, the last 100 can be barched.
With 8-10 trophies per battle, that is just about 10-14 battles.
If it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to search for each battle, then that will be 3 to 5 hours.

Actually, I'm doing this myself after I have heard that from my friend.
