If the AD's are closer to the middle then go with rage. If they're easily taken on the edge then you can run lightning and zap the other one.
Personally, I would run lightning as you can easily overpower the other AD with just normal dragons provided you deploy them right.
I use 3 lightning strikes, usualy the one that's more inside. If not the worst.
I have a question about dragon attack in wars. Do you guys clean the CC first? Or you just let them out near a AD?
I would also go for lightning bcuz u will have to sacrifice some of ur dragons to reach the centralized air defnce.;)

They are pretty centralized but if I can take out the buildings on the outside it can be a direct path to the air defense.

I would just run 3 lightning spells. Zap the most centralized one and use your dragons to attack the other one and it should be enough to 2-3 star any TH 7
I would say 3 rage. Make sure you only rage the ones in the CENTRE and not the ones going around the outside. I've seen people use 3 lightning spells to take out 1 AD before deploying dragons though, so that could work.
