Request for supercell: REDUCE UPGRADE TIMES.

Okay so I've been playing Clash for about a year now and it is a great game but one thing that bothers me is the outrageous upgrade times! It takes days on end of waiting for something to upgrade and it really gets on my nerves. It takes 12 friggin days to upgrade a tesla to lvl 5! And 5+ days to upgrade other defenses to the higher levels. Players already spend days trying to get the resources required to upgrade. So I am starting a petition to reduce upgrade times for everything by at least a couple days. Sign your COC name on this thread and hopefully supercell will see this

Firstly, you might find that it takes 8 days to upgrade teslas to 5. Perhaps you mean upgrade to 6? I'm not sure.

Anyway, as you progress, costs go up, meaning it should take longer to afford things. The time it takes to upgrade corresponds with this.

You can do other things while waiting for your upgrades. Do a little more exercise, check out other games, socialize with friends.

You kind of just explained why your idea wouldn't be useful , " Players spend days to get resources " , so is it not better to have more time while building is upgrading to gather up gold ?

I see your point but it's the principle of the thing, we shouldn't have to wait for so long as it just leaves your base more vulnerable. It just leads impatient people to waste money on gems and other nonsense. On another note, I do exercise and socialize but I'm not going to bring it up in this debate as it will lead to unnecessary arguments. (Also, I did mean level 6, thanks for correcting me)

Level 7 Teslas take 12 days.

Exaggerating wont help your case.

This is part of the game that won't be changed. Either enjoy the grind or.....?

Grammatical errors aside, what happens when you have no builders free for a couple days and you are holding all these resources ? You're like an open beacon for attackers farming or not

Yeah I was a little flustered when I typed the rant so I didn't bother to check the upgrade times. I don't want a complete change in upgrade times, however, I want it reduced a bit like 1 day to a few hours difference.

You can do that now. With gems. No programming required.
