Your logic is flawed. The boost puts more loot into the system. The reason people aren't finding loot is because people are logging in again. In a couple of days, the loot will be amazing.

Exactly!!! Gee wizz why is everyone saying its a bad thing! This will help the game and players in the long run!

I, personally have found exorbitant amounts of loot since yesterday

After the update before the one of yesterday, it became more difficult to find targets.

Sometimes, it takes longer than 15 minutes to find a decent target. Yesterday, I found better targets, but still it doesn't go that well. I believe more people are 'farming', thus less targets will be available.
