Clan War Update: Opt into the War
I came up with this idea out of frustration about starting wars and then people leaving after its declared, therefore you have a handicap against your opponent. Anyways here goes.
Opt into War
-Once the either the Leader or the Co-Leader declares war, everyone currently in the clan and eligible will get a notification in the mail section to require them to opt in.
-Basically confirming that you would like to participate in the war.
-A confirmation window comes up and says something along the lines "Are you sure you want to participate in war?"
-After double confirmation your base will be added to the war map.
-This method prevents the leader from having to much power or influence on who does what in the war.
-Also a solution to the lack of the ability to war with different clan sizes and still keep your members.
-Again its pro-choice for the members so the leaders do not pick and choose who is in the war.
-Members that are in the clan and not in the war cannot donate to the War CC, but still have all spectator abilities.
-Solution to Non-Active or Less Active players automatically not being in War. If they do not opt in they won't be in war.
-Ability to Opt in is disabled after 20 hours of war prep time gone.
-Worry free for people who are on vacation
Maybe***- if you opt in you forfeit the ability to leave for the duration of the war or until both of your attacks are used.
-Members who opt in to participate in war and do not(after double confirmation) participate will be suspended for next war (either no option to opt in or Player is not eligible to go to war)
-Minimum 10 members to declare war.
