Dark Elixir Convertor

I think that supercell should add another building called the Dark Elixir Convertor. It should cost the same as a Drill (1 million elixir). The idea is that you input an amount of regular elixir (let's say 10) and (1) dark elixir is made. But knowing that people would probably take advantage of this and keep making Dark Elixir it should have a processing time. So it should take a while for the elixir to be processed into Dark Elixir.
My idea for upgrading this building is that at level 1 you can't convert 10 elixir to 1 or 2 Dark Elixir and as you keep upgrading it you get a capacity increase of 10 regular elixir
Please post ideas of the time it should take for 1 Dark Elixir to be made and looks, etc.
