Sorry that i raked up an old post because my clan got destroyed by one too. So i would like to suggest a simple way to prevent this happening again.

When an elder press kick, either another elder or leader accepts the kick. Just like "Invite Only" when people request to come in, then accept him. At least it would take like 2 players to kick a person out than one who decides by himself. What do you all think?

I like this idea. The only downfall is if the person is being kicked for abusive language or such, and another Elder/Leader isn't online at the moment to approve the kick, then the person will still go on cursing or whatever...or they still do the quarantine like I suggested, but instead of being approved by only the Leader, kick request can also be approved by another Elder?
