Let's see, I'd spend 250 gems on a shield, but I'd be able to get 6 boosts on all 4 barracks for that and on each boost, I average farming 4 mil gold, but let's assume terrible loot so I only get 3 mil. So basically I can get 18 mil from the gems that I could use to get a 1 week shield, plus I still get the loot from boosted collectors AND the loot I get when not on barrack boosts, it's a no brainer...no shield.

I can do 5 million gold if I spend the ENTIRE day farming, so it's definitely possible farming at least 6 million in one week. Just saying to those who don't believe you can farm 6 million a day.
