I'm a new TH9. Unfortunately I've only Witches/Pekkas at lvl1 and I want to upgrade one of this first (then later golems). I'm thinking about playing Clan Wars with Giants+Wizards+Witches(lvl2)/Pekkas(lvl3) when I'll be upgrading my golems.

I would not use either of those strategies as gowiwi requires high lvl heroes and at least lvl 4 golems for them to be any good also your witches are lvl 1 and 3 skeletons summoned at a time doesn't cut it
for gowipe your golems still low lvl and your pekkas only lvl 1
i would only use gowipe when your pekkas are lvl 3 and gowiwi when hereos are 15+ witches lvl 2 and golems lvl 3
but if your going to be attacking th 8 bases or premie th 9's then go ahead and use anyone you want
It's defo possible to 3 star with lvl 2 golems. Obviously try your best to upgrade them when you can though to help your clan out :) check out these vids, you'll know what I mean.

Don't listen to the noobs saying you need high level heroes. I get at least two stars all the time with gowiwi on maxed th9 using one level 11ish hero at a time. You will need higher heroes at th10, but that isn't for some time unless you're a massive premie.
just start gowipes with level 1 golems
I remember when I was still a TH8, I used to use GoWiPe on people with lvl1 Golems & PEKKAs. Worked pretty good.
So... GoWiPe with lvl1 Golems and lvl3 Pekkas would be better than GiWiWi or GiWiPe with lvl6 Giants and/or lvl2 Witches / lvl3 Pekkas?
Yes. Giants just can't take the damage that Golems can, plus they can be sprung. Even lv1 golems last a long time. Get those Pekkas up though.Quote:

GoWiPe is fine with just lvl 1 golems as long as you at least have lvl 5 wizards and the lvl 3 pekka. At TH8 you should be able to two star just about any TH9 if you have the pekkas to lvl 3 and know what you are doing.

Ok, so probably I'll upgrade my pekka to lvl3 and then start playing GoWiPe and leveling my Golems from lvl1 to lvl4 :)
