Ability to Claim Targets on Preparation Day.

I would like to see a claiming system during wars. During prep day clan members can claim the target they want to attack. Co-leaders and/or Elders could remove claims (Even on war day), that way if something comes up and a member can't attack, the target they claimed can be unclaimed. Unclaimed targets can be attacked by anyone in the clan.

Too many times I am setting up my troops for an attack and someone else in my clan attacks that target. Claiming via chat isn't effective because people don't always check chat or it is pushed out of chat. 

Would be abused a LOT, as some players with a higher level TH could just claim weaker targets thus leaving the rest (strong targets) to players with lower level THs. Or some douche player could just claim a higher target only for the sake of getting huge war win bonus, leaving others to fight for stars.

People that join ur clan right before war and turn out to be trollers, they can claim a crucial target when the war is going to end and ur clan loses

The cons that both of you have presented are solved by the Co-Leaders and Elders having the ability to veto claims.

Edit: It is an idea. It can be tweaked and built upon so that it works better.
