Base setup goes a long way. But most importantly don't rush your town hall. Max everything before upgrading.. You will get more specific help if you tell us your state of progression
A dragon in the clan castle. works every time... almost
Wizards works better than dragons in my experience. I can't count the number of times (partly because I didn't keep track) I've seen my clan mates fail clan wars because they spammed giants without luring, causing them to get single digit destruction occasionally. Try to maximize the effectiveness of spring traps by placing them between defense buildings
Also, is the sheeptag in reference to Warcraft III?
Spring taps are pretty damn useful. A herd of 20 giants could be crashing through your base when two cleverly placed spring traps pop 10 giants between them.
Upgrading splash defenses is one of your best choices. Spring traps are giants biggest downfall. Place them in your second row of defenses so they won't be triggered by someone scouting for them.

Funnel giants inside your base layout, make gaps in between point defence buildings (ie. Archer Towers or Cannons), and place a spring trap there. A spring trap can take out 3 giants and is a very important component against the giant healer combination.
Balloons are slow. Wizards are better. Spring traps are great against giants when used in a effective base design.
