golem vs. giants

loool so many similar threads at the bottom, maybe I should make a comprehensive 'Troop Comparison' Guide :rolleyes:

Don't forget the splash damage the golem does afters splitting into golemites, it's helped a lot of people get to 50%.

Golems are unaffected by spring traps
Golems take 1/6 the effective dps output that wiz towers and mortars do against a tight cluster of giants

A level 1 golem is significantly more effective in trophy/clan war armies than 6 giants

A lvl 4 golem will last much much longer than 6 giants.

Golems are mainly meat shields, it's the wizards, pekkas, and heroes behind them doing the real damage.
