bank or savings bond

please give me feedback. i think clash should install some type of bank where you can borrow resources. it will be a building unlocked at th 6 and once you build it you can borrow a certain amount of resource, and must pay it back by double before you can take more. you can also swap gold for elixir or dark elixir. you can also purchase savings bonds where you can deposit your resources for one season and when you take it out you get 1.5 times as much as you put in. is this a good idea?

Resource conversion is ruled out.
Also, letting people "invest" their gold would completely ruin raiding, as no one would have ANY loot available, as it would all be invested.
