When upgrading certain things on your villages the time can seem to take a while. The idea is that clan members should be able to visit your village and click on the upgrading item and help reduce the time. My idea is about 3-5% of the time to be reduced. Clan members should only be able to help for each item once.
50 people in a clan so there all going to do it suddenly theres no waiting time
50 people in a clan so what. You take 10 days to upgrade something and 2% is nothing maybe even 1 % but still it helps and clearly there will still be plenty of time
If the limit was placed so only 5 people could give help each at 5% max can only be up to 25% yeah sure low levels will upgrade faster, but it doesn't really have to apply to all builds or reearch, maybe one or the other. Starting off of course this will make things go etremely fast. But those 5-10 day upgrades? drop in the bucket. but would help. Supercell may not want to do that because they'd prefer we use gems to speed upgrades up. But a little give wouldn't be so bad. Other games do it.
Even though we would all love less building time of any kind. Supercell doesn't, they won't make money of gems if people just get the affects for free

Fact is they wouldn't. If suppercell really considered the idea they could do it and still make plenty of money. Say we could only make one request per day only one item. Or since we have multiple builders make it only every 48-72 hours. Supercell is still dragging in the dough and we get a little help. They've responded indirectly to players complaints on expense and build times, surely if they really wanted to gain massive community support they would try something. It's completely up to them. It's a good idea and they've seen it at face value of it hurting gem sales, when infact it likely wont if they implement it right.Quote:

I would be ok with lending a builder for say... and hour at a time. Then at least at the end of that hour, there would be one hour shaved off the waiting time. I would use this method a lot in our clan. We have two lower level players that never meet our trophy requirements, but are so well loved by the group that we do not even consider kicking them. If i could help them out by loaning a builder for an hour at a time then that would make me really happy.
This would lead to exploits though... people upgrading faster by having multiple accounts and loaning out their builder. So supercell wont do this either. May if they limit a play to only 10 loaned hours per week?? Nope... still probably not.
I liked the idea, even if it probably wont happen.

terrible idea. the game is designed to test your patience, and on that account, you have failed. imagine if a clan of 50 lowered each others upgrade times? noone would need gems anymore and supercell wouldnt make that much money. you have to think a little bit more before posting your ideas.
