It would essentially be like the gem box except it would have black gems and a black box. It would be more rare to get then the gem box and the most dark elixir you can get fro it would be 1000 so as to not take away the profit of people buying gems or dark elixir from SuperCell. For lower levels that don't have dark elixir they just wouldn't have anything.
U could also just have to unlock it at th 7 or make it so for lower th its 10k gold/elixrQuote:
