Who We Are
Slayers Curse began as ChAoS, in March 2014. As new players, the founders did not know the type of players that populated the game, and endured through hoppers, immature, insincere players before finally securing the good, solid core group which is still in place today. Efforts for recruitment through the global chat interface yielded more of the same, so those efforts turned to this forum. Membership consistently hovers around the Clan War eligible 10 member mark, but we are trying to add more members, because we realize this is a game, and the players we want in our clan have responsibilities other than playing games. So what better way to have an active clan of mature, sincere members than with sheer numbers? While identified as an adult clan, this does not mean we sit around cursing (pun intended) and sexting. It means we take the time spent in-game seriously, and attempt to progress, grow stronger, get to know the people we are spending time with, and win Wars while everyone gets an opportunity at that wonderful, awesome War Loot. And if Slayers Curse is your destination for adult companionship of a non-romantic nature, that's even better!
What We Expect
We have developed a set of expectations to ensure a fun, fair, consistent culture within our clan. The basis of our clan is the actual definition of the word "clan", therefore we are recruiting members who will take their time in-game as serious as we do. We do have rules, but these rules were developed to weed out immature and insincere players.
We expect our members to get to know each other, their style of play, their favorite troops, etc. This is accomplished through the chat interface. We also use chat to "train" members by sharing attack and defense replays, because we realize not everyone has a mindset for battle strategy, but may want to learn for the game.
We expect our members to be active. Our level of play is quite a bit more than one or two visits a week. We don't expect hours on end everyday; that is why we want a larger clan.
We expect our members to participate in Clan Wars. We try to engage in Clan Wars once a week, and more if members are interested and available. 2 attacks per War ARE REQUIRED, and must be within the design of any War Plan designed by leadership.
We expect our members to donate A MINIMUM of 250 troops per season.
We expect our members to contribute to the overall development of the clan and it's members. This is not a dictatorship, or military occupation. Ideas are welcomed, and encouraged.
Clan Requirements
We are an invite only clan with a minimum of 600 trophies. To join Slayers Curse, use the "search clans" tab in the game and enter "slayers curse", then use the "join" button. In your join request, please include "supercell forums" in your message. If, by chance you don't get a response, please try again. We are still a small clan and are not on 24 hours a day....yet!
