Max those Wizard towers. Your Tesla towers need some love too; upgrade them.
Lastly, those walls!

You could leave off the cannons and ATs at their current level.

I would get the cannons, teslas, and wizard towers a level higher at least. Maxing would be a lot more efficient unless you are really bored with th 8.

You should't upgrade your town hall yet. I'd focus on working those wiz towers and hidden teslas. If you maxed your base, it wouldn't be hard maxing town hall 9.
