"Red line" - War clan - Just won 12 wars in a row, with 90-100 stars in 35-men wars!

Hey guys,
Intro:
I am Gadzair, co-leader of "Red line" (my kik is Gadzair). Red line is an extremely streamlined war machine that focuses on winning every war. See screenshot of our war log. It is completely green. Our leader is Keane, and we know exactly what it takes to win war, and if you see our history it is clear that our wars are not just victorious, but are won with a significant margin and a large amount of stars. Our last war was won 100-15 in a 35-man war. The enemy clan now no longer exists lol. We expect 90+ stars from ourselves every war. We war twice a week, once on the weekend and once on a weekday.
As I give details of the clan, please do not judge it by anything other than as a war clan. Our objective: Win every single war. So, we offer a pretty much guaranteed loot. However, in order to do that we have structured our clan in a specific way, on purpose.
So, for those of you that want only max troop donations, this is NOT the clan for you.
If you think a clan is good only if there are Champions in it, this is NOT the clan for you.
Those of you who want to reach the top 200 by pushing senselessly, this is NOT the clan for you.
But for those of you that love war and want a clan where all members work together to ensure war loot for everyone, then yes, this clan is made specifically for you.
What we want:
Any level is ok. Anything silver+ is ok. The ONLY thing we care about, is war performance. We only take those people that have at least as many war stars as their level. For example, from a lvl 100 player, we would expect him to have at least 100 war stars. From a lvl 40 player, we would require at least 40 war stars. This is not a hard and fast rule though; just a guide for us to help evaluate your war ability.
You need to be able to get 6/6 against targets of your rank in the clan or above. So, if you're rank 2, you should be able to defeat the enemy rank 2, preferably rank 1. You must be willing to ignore the recommended target and consult cos on who to attack so we can coordinate.

Leader info: Leader is Keane, a 40-year old former marine living in Washington, DC. He donates well, is a level 74, and has 167 war stars with war spoils at 7,634,497.
Highest trophy member: Our highest trophy member is man_bag with 2004 trophies right now.
Highest level: The highest level member is 'arian', a level 84
Lowest member: A lvl 37

History:
I am main co, and am 31 from California. Keane and I were together in a former clan, and decided to start a new one together after the last one suffered from having too many childish co-leaders. The clan was started less than 2 months ago. Initially we had a lot of crappy members, but we went through a rigorous process of retaining the good and booting the bad. For example, no one from our first war survives in the clan today (except for me and Keane ofcourse). We are now at the point where it seems impossible for us to lose any war since every member is so good at war.
War strategy:
We always win war. We have a specific strategy. However, this strategy will not be discussed in the public forum. Join us if you're good, and we will teach you.
Clan rules:
1) Number one rule is to participate in wars
2) You must donate well (min 200/season to stay), but only what is requested. To donate anything different, you must first ask and get explicit permission, no matter how old a request is.
3) We would like you to inform a co of who you want to attack in war, and be willing to listen to and obey what cos direct you to do. This is because the cos are the ones that know our overall strategy and need to coordinate everything to ensure victory.
4) No free cos or elders. To get elder, just get 500 donations in a season. Very easy.
5) Do not donate to war ccs without permission from a co. It is the cos responsibility to fill war ccs. Others can help, but need to talk to cos so that we can tell you what troops you may donate to which player.
6) To become a co is very complicated. A co has to be able to get consistent 5/6 war stars every war against reasonable targets for their lvl. A co must be able to donate really good troops for the war effort. A co must be super willing to spend tons of elixir to donate during war prep AND battle stages. For their own attacks, a co must be willing to spare no expense to get their 6 stars. A co is expected to maintain a good trophy level. This clan is FAR more benefitial as a member than as a CO, so you probably do not want to bother trying to become one. But if that's your goal, I think I've made it clear what we expect.
7) You must never be leagueless. Nor are you allowed to be in bronze. But otherwise you are free to be at any trophy level and have fun farming or pushing or whatever you enjoy doing, as long as you participate fully in war.
8) You MUST max-out your base before upgrading Town Halls. Imbalanced base players will be kicked.
9) Get on average at least 2 new stars per war to stay.
10) Be active in chat and have fun!
